Experienced Concrete Finisher (Day Shift)

3C’s Concrete Work LLC — Calvert City / Paducah, KY (Western Kentucky)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Concrete Finisher who cares about quality, safety, and teamwork. Experience in concrete is required.

Pay Range

$20–$30 per hour depending on experience and expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Place, screed, and finish concrete for slabs, floors, sidewalks, patios, driveways, and curbs
• Bull float, hand float, edge, and joint; operate walk-behind power trowels
• Deliver clean broom, mag, steel-trowel, and decorative/stamp finishes to spec
• Check grades/slope for proper drainage; use levels/lasers; perform saw-cut layout
• Apply curing/sealing; complete punch-list (patching, joint caulk, grinding)
• Keep tools/equipment in good shape and maintain a safe, clean jobsite

What You Bring

• We are looking for candidates with concrete experience — this is required for the position.
• Comfortable with hand tools and power trowels; can read a tape and follow layout
• Physically able to lift 50–80 lbs, kneel/squat, and work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Safety-first mindset (PPE, awareness of weather/mix conditions and site hazards)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is a plus
• Stamped/colored concrete experience, exposed aggregate, rebar tying
• ACI Concrete Flatwork Finisher, OSHA-10, or equipment (skid steer/telehandler)
