About the Role

3C’s Concrete Work LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and industrial concrete projects. This role involves planning daily work, coordinating labor and materials, and ensuring safe, efficient jobsite operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily concrete crew activities
• Review project details and identify obstacles or opportunities for success
• Complete daily logs and communicate progress
• Organize equipment, materials, and work areas for optimal efficiency
• Review time sheets, delivery tickets, and crew attendance
• Maintain safe work practices and participate in required trainings
• Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the concrete industry
• Advanced knowledge of concrete paving, tools, equipment, and layout for footings
• Ability to self-perform concrete tasks when needed
• Experience with commercial/industrial construction projects, including projects over $500k
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred but not required

Schedule

• Day shift, Monday–Friday, sometimes Saturday if workloads permits
• Early start times for pours as needed
• Overtime available
